Dr Yue, a general dentist, started the concept of Linguadontics where he focuses on the tongue as one of the key elements in influencing general health. He completed his
BDS degree at the National University of Singapore. He was awarded The Pierre Fauchard Academy Foundation Annual Scholarship Award. He was elected Fellow of the
Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and obtained his Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons, England. He went on to pursue
his interest in managing Temporomandibular Joint Disorders TMD in USA and did his mini-residency with TUFTS University on Dental Sleep Medicine in Boston.
Dr. Yue has been lecturing and conducting hands-on courses locally and internationally, and delivered his TEDxSingapore talk in 2017. He lectures at the MSc Laser
Dentistry Programme for Catholic University of Sacred Heart, Rome on the topic of ‘Linguadontics’. A member of ALIGN APAC teaching faculty. He is on the Advisory Board
for the School of Oral Health Therapist, Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore (Jan 2021 - Dec 2023) and also on the Editorial board of the International Journal of Orofacial
Myology and Myofunctional Therapy. (Current). He is the Clinical Director of DP Dental (Kovan, Orchard and Katong). The DP Dental group integrates dental technology to

Linguadontics - Functional Perspectives of Integrative Dentistry
Dr Yue is practicing integrative care by collaborating with other medical doctors, dentists, and allied health practitioners. He manages chronic headaches, migraine and neck
pains or his patients. He is also a trained Dental Sleep Dentist who incorporates Myofunctional Therapy to provide young and adult patients with a long-term solution for
snoring and sleep apnea issues. Using habit rehabilitation and non-extraction orthodontics for all ages, he applies the Linguadontics approach to treat both dental and
medical conditions.
