       The  “Women  in  Dentistry”  forum  is  a  dynamic  platform  dedicated  to  celebrating  and  addressing  the
       unique  experiences  and  achievements  of  women  in  the  dental  field.  It  provides  a  supportive  space  for
       female dentists and dental professionals to exchange insights, challenges, and success stories. Participants
       discuss  issues  like  work-life  balance,  leadership,  and  breaking  gender  barriers  in  dentistry.  This  forum
       fosters networking, mentorship, and empowerment, encouraging women to excel in a historically male-
       dominated profession. By sharing knowledge and inspiring one another, “Women in Dentistry” showcases
       the vital contributions of women in the dental world and their ongoing efforts to shape the future of oral
