Lecture : Multi-disciplinary Smile Makeover: How You Can Do It
Too
Quite often untreated malocclusion, the early loss of permanent dentition without
replacement or both will lead to unpleasant smile and despaired function. Rehabilitation
can be tricky if we were to achieve the patients’ desired outcomes with procedures that are
as minimally invasive as possible.
In his presentation, Dr. Neoh Leong Seng, will illustrate his attempts to bring back the smiles
in these patients in a general practice utilising multi-disciplinary approaches, for examples:
digital smile design, orthodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, restorative and implant
dentistry etc.
Emphasis will be on treatment planning, anticipations of potential challenges and
overcoming the unexpected following a systematic protocol that general dentists can adopt
in their daily practices.
