       Dr. Muhammad Novo Perwira Lubis
       Dr.  Muhammad  Novo Perwira  Lubis  graduated  in  Dentistry from
       Universitas  Trisakti,  Jakarta  (2008).  Completed  the  DMF  Radiology
       specialist program from Universitas Padjajaran, Bandung (2014) and
       obtained a consultant degree in Radio-Diagnostic Imaging in 2019.

       Currently actively teaching at Universitas Trisakti and serves as Head
       of DMF Radiology Department and Head of Radiology Unit at Dental
       Hospital, Universitas Trisakti. He is also active as a visiting lecture at various
       Dental Faculties in Indonesia.

       He is active as a member of the Indonesian Dental Association, Indonesian
       DMF-Radiology Collegium, International Association of DMF-Radiology
       and currently serves as vice chairman of the Indonesian DMF-Radiology
       Association.

       He has published numerous scientific publications in the field of Dental
       Radiology, and since 2015, he has been actively giving lecture seminars
       and workshops on Dental Radiology, especially the use of Cone Beam-CT
       in dentistry and its integration in Digital Dentistry.

       Speaker’s Lecture :
       Cone Beam CT as an Advance Diagnostic Imaging Aid for Endodontics
       Dilemma
       Radiographic examination is an important part of oral care management
       and is used for diagnostics through to post-treatment evaluation. The
       radiography commonly used in dentistry is two-dimensional radiography,
       which has limitations in representing the anatomical structure of teeth in
       three dimensions. This can cause difficulties in interpretation and create
       dilemmas in treatment. In Endodontics, especially at the preoperative
       stage, accurate radiographic assessment of tooth structure and periapical
       lesions is required, so that appropriate treatment plans can be carried
       out. This can be overcome by using Cone Beam CT which can depict
       anatomical structures in detail, followed by maximizing software features
       so that treatment results can be more optimal.
