       Speaker’s Lecture :
Orofacial Cystic Lesions and Their Management
Cystic lesions of the jawbones are rather common to the dental practitioner.
In one’s career there is a high likelihood that a dentist has to deal with
radicular cyst, residual cyst, dentigerous cyst and perhaps odontogenic
keratocyst. While not a forte for a general dental practitioner, having
updated knowledge on orofacial cystic lesions and their management will
become handy when patients begin to ask questions like the possibility
of recovery and/or recurrence. This lecture provide an update on the
diagnosis and management of both odontogenic and non-odontogenic
       cysts in the orofacial region.
